Pumpkin Walk

We go to the Pumpkin Walk every year. We like to go at night, because it is all lit up. This year I knew I would never make it at night, so Cassady went this morning. I told her before we left that if Mom said We need to go now. She would be a good girl and leave right away. I made it around the whole thing without any problems and Cass and I had a fun time out together. She loved the boards that you stick you head in so much she had to get pics in everyone twice.

Great Face! She got her eyes open in the bright sun.
Take my Picture here mom
Headed to Florida for the winter

Hi Everyone!!!

Wild Thing!

Cassady as Cinderella, even though she doesn't like princesses anymore this was the first one she ran to.

I need blogging lessons! I can't figure out this picture thing and how to put them where I want them. I had to do the whole thing backwards!

I was released from calling as Young Women's President yesterday.
A few weeks ago I was told I would be released in April right before the babies were due. I had been trying to hold on until I had the babies and was able to do my calling again. I was kinda being selfish. I really didn't want to be released. I love being in there with the girls. I love those girls so much! I realized it was not fair to Chelcie, who was picking up the slack for me. Or the girls who were getting half of the program they should have been getting. I just thought if they are going to release me in April (when I can actually do the calling) they might as well relase me know. It was a really hard decsion to come to and I went back and forth. Finally I decided I needed to be released.
When I found out who the new YW president was going to be I was relieved. She will do an amazing job! Now that it has actually happened it was hard yesterday and I am still sad, but it does feel like a weight has been lifted. I really need to concentrate on myself and these babies and my family. There isn't much room for anything else in my life right now.
I am so greatful for the calling and all it has done for me in my life. I have learned so much from our amazing YW. I met and served with some amazing women who are now my best friends! I can't imagine my life without them. They will always be my great friends. I am sorry that they will no longer be serving in YW either.
I am happy for the new presidency and know that they will do a great job! Good Luck Ladies!

Twins-boy and girl

I went to the doctor again today and things are looking great. I get to see the babies at every appointment. I will have an ultrasound every time. They want to make sure they are hearing each babies heartbeat not one babies twice. The only way to do that is through ultrasound. I didn't get pictures this time, but I could actually see the shape of a baby, not just a little blob. He easily found 2 strong heartbeats. I have heard so many horror stories I was relieved.
We will find out in 8 weeks, two more appointments, what the sex of the babies are! We may also find out if they are fraternal or identical. It is not that easy to tell, apparently. Identical twins share a placenta. Sometimes it is hard to tell if they are sharing it or if they are just right next to each other. Dr Fowers said they really look fraternal. It looks like the placenta for each is on opposite sides. Which is better for the babies. We may never know unless we have a DNA test done after they are born. There is a 75% chance they are fraternal. With fraternal twins the chance of them being a boy and a girl is higher which of coarse means fraternal. We will see what happens in 8 weeks.
I am still sick. Some days are better than others. I gained 1 whole pound! I have never gained weight this early in a pregnancy, I usually just lose it. It may not be much, but it is something. I look like I have gained a lot. I look like I am 4-5 months along. I am already wearing maternity clothes, thanks to Sarah. She loaned me a bunch. I am a bit scared at how big I am going to get.
My girls are out of school for the next few days for UEA and Josh went to Tahoe. My Mom and Dad are taking the girls to St. George for the weekend with them. It will be fun for them and a huge break for me. Thank goodness for wonderful mom's and dad's!

Cassady's Preschool

Cassady went to her first day of Preschool today. She was so excited with her backpack and then at the last moment decided she need to stay home and take care of mom. That is exactly why I signed her up for preschool, so she could get out and stop worrying about me. She was happy to see me when school was over. She asked me if I was OK. She had a great time and can't wait to go back on Thursday.
